These tracks we're pulled from my always developing liveset. I felt they had some nice groundwork to build on so I adjusted the intros and outros and re-did the mixing on them completely.

Track 1 was inspired by meeting with a long time friend of mine after many years apart. It hurt to see her in such pain dealing with her own demons and being treated unfairly in her love life. She is an amazing soul and this was the best way I could express how those 2 weeks or so made me feel.

Track 2 is one of those roaming studio sessions where I would put on a record and find something nice to sample from it. My rig for sampling vinyl is lackluster at the least .. I don't have a pre-amp currently so the record is sampled directly into my computer and amplified only by processing so a lot of static is taken out and lets just say it is quite a process. A process thats so absurd that I can only say the sample is either Quincy Jones or Grover Washington Jr. Anyway.. this track was strangely placed in my liveset but seemed to be enjoyed in an outdoor setting.

The artwork was taken on route to my place of employment where I thought about this life cycle I have here in Ohio and how I long for change.

The tracks were produced using a mix of outboard gear and Ableton Live.
